Privacy Policy

The short version

• We only collect what you choose to share with us.
• We never sell your information or use it for advertising.
• Our website does not use tracking cookies or analytics.

Who we are

Praise Tabernacle Las Vegas (“PTLV,” “we,” or “us”) is a church at 2222 West Mesquite Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89106. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit ptlv.org or contact us through it.

Information you choose to share

When you fill out a form on our website, we receive the details you enter:

• Plan Your Visit: your name, email address, and the service you plan to attend.
• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, and message.
• Prayer and Bible study requests: your name, email or phone number, and message.

Our forms are completed and submitted through Jotform, a secure form service that delivers your responses to our church staff.

Giving

Gifts made online, by text, through our app, or at our kiosk are processed by secure third-party giving providers such as Tithe.ly. We receive a record of your gift, such as your name, amount, and designation, for our church records. We never see or store your full card or bank account numbers.

Information collected automatically

Our website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site secure and running reliably.

Cookies and embedded content

Our website does not set its own cookies. Some pages include content from other services, which may set their own cookies or collect usage data under their own privacy policies:

• YouTube videos, shown in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode
• Google Maps on our Contact page and Google Calendar on our Events page
• Google Fonts, which loads the typefaces used on this site

Because we don’t use tracking cookies, we don’t ask you to accept cookies.

How we use your information

We use what you share only to:

• respond to your questions and requests
• welcome you and follow up about your visit
• pray with you and arrange Bible studies
• record your gifts
• keep our website safe and working properly

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Prayer requests

We treat prayer requests with care. They are shared only with our pastors and prayer team unless you ask us to share them more widely.

Who we share with

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as Jotform, Tithe.ly, and our website host; when you ask us to; or when required by law or to protect someone’s safety.

Keeping your information safe

Our website uses a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS). We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above and take reasonable steps to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children’s privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us. Just contact us using the details below. We do not sell personal information, including that of Nevada residents.
